Seared Scallops


Cilantro & Lime Vinaigrette

Use It:

  • On salads warm/cold
  • As a marinade for seafood or poultry
  • On avocados
  • For ceviche


Try this recipe from Executive Chef Peter:

Seared Scallops

Ingredients:
2 lbs Jumbo Scallops
2 fl oz Cilantro & Lime Vinaigrette

Method:
Slice the surface of the scallops in a crisscross pattern. Marinate for 20 minutes. Heat a large skillet. Sear the scallops for 1 - 2 minutes per side taking care not to overcook. Serve with a drizzle of Cilantro & Lime Vinaigrette.
